Hospitality management degree or related field.
Minimum of 5 years in hotel experience in similar positions.
Ability to delegate where required and must work as a partner with top management in developing a strategic direction.
High energy level, and to be able to meet and manage deadlines and motivate employees to excel in a competitive environment
Must be a self-motivated and dedicated individual.
Creative and able to work as a team
Strong in building relationships and able to communicate at all levels
Possess skills for leadership, risk management, scheduling and budgeting.
Professional English communication and computer literate
Good personality and open minds
Able to work well under pressure
Can use Comanche program well
Responsible for the entire Front team Department
